Meet Justin Randhawa, CPA, MPAcc

Principal

Justin is the Principal of Silverline CPA, working closely with individuals and business owners to make accounting, tax, and financial decisions feel clearer and more manageable.

Before founding Silverline CPA, Justin gained experience at leading public accounting firms including PwC, BDO, and MNP, where he supported individuals, owner-managed businesses, and private companies with tax, financial reporting, and advisory work. He also previously served as Finance Manager for SFU’s Beedie School of Business, bringing hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, operations, and financial decision-making.

With a background in both public accounting and finance operations, Justin understands the practical side of running a business, not just the numbers. His approach is straightforward, responsive, and focused on helping clients make confident financial decisions.

Whether you are filing a personal tax return, managing a growing corporation, or looking for better visibility into your finances, Justin’s goal is to provide advice that is easy to understand and useful in real life.

Outside of work, Justin enjoys staying active through badminton, pickleball, mountain biking in the summer, and snowboarding in the winter.

Meet Hardeesh, CPHR

People & Operations Advisor

Hardeesh supports Silverline CPA with a strong background in human resources, people operations, and client-focused service. As a Chartered Professional in Human Resources, she brings a practical understanding of workplace operations, communication, and the people side of business.

Her experience as an HR professional helps Silverline take a well-rounded approach when supporting individuals and business owners. She understands that strong businesses are built not only on accurate numbers, but also on clear processes, organized systems, and thoughtful decision-making.

At Silverline CPA, Hardeesh contributes to the firm’s client experience, internal operations, and people-focused perspective. Her approach is professional, organized, and grounded in helping people feel supported and understood.

Outside of work, Hardeesh enjoys baking, discovering new restaurants, and celebrating life’s small milestones with the people around her.
